Shipping Policy – PRESSÉ
PRESSÉ partners with major international shipping carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, and other trusted logistics providers to deliver your order directly to your door. We proudly offer reliable worldwide shipping.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
During high-demand periods (such as holidays or viral product demand), processing times may extend up to 10 business days.
Orders are subject to payment verification and approval before shipping. Orders with incorrect billing details or requiring additional verification may be delayed or canceled.
Shipping Process
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.
- We are unable to make changes (including address changes) after an order has been processed
- Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday–Friday)
- We do not ship on weekends or holidays
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
For orders with multiple items, products may arrive in separate shipments due to different fulfillment locations.
Tracking
All orders include tracking.
You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.
Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear in the system.

Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, PRESSÉ is not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including:
- Customs processing
- Postal delays
- Weather conditions
- Holidays
- Carrier disruptions
Duties, Taxes & Fees
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees once they reach your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
If a package is refused and returned, the customer is responsible for any return shipping fees and import charges.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
PRESSÉ is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout.
We cannot modify orders once they have been processed or shipped.
